Today I was supposed to swim but I didn't take the time to either head over to the lake or call the university to see what the cost/availability of swimming is.
Strength training really knocked me out. I am trying a simple toning routine with the standard stuff, crunches, lunges, tricep dips, obliques. Ouch, I am sore, I went to fast to hard and I am feeling it. Did I mention the pushups? I actually did ok there, it was all the stomach exercises, they were HARD. The plank is the most strenuous I think, toes and elbows holding yourself up with a straight back. I won't give up on it for sure, but I need to slow down a little and rest a little more between sets.
I will post the paper I got and make sure to give proper credit.
