Wow, running, this is the hardest part so far. I guess riding is pretty easy, I guess maybe I didn't push myself hard enough on that bike. I am up to 15 mins of being able to just jog, period. It is really trying me. Everything starts to hurt almost immediately but after a few minutes the burning and aching seems to subside. I have to say I have improved a bit since day 1 with only being able to run for a little over 6 mins. I was pushing myself a little hard, but 15 is a dang good improvement. I am trying to focus on my breathing since I feel like I can't breath at all.
I am thinking I am crazy for trying to do this whole dang thing, but I am going to stick with it, I more than doubled my time over day 1.
